This blend of Tempranillo (80%), Graciano (15%) and Viura (5%) was fermented in concrete, aged in large oak vats for 3 years and 6 months in concrete.

Description

Rich notes of figs, raisins, blueberries and stewed fruit coat the palate and seep into your tastebuds. Hints of acidity and delicate baking spice lighten the palate a bit, but the overall flavor profile is big fruit. The Bhilar winery is 100% off the grid, they have their own water sources, are 100% solar powered and grow cross crops to help their fields stay fertile. The picture of sustainability.
