Almost half this wine is Grenache Blanc, the rest is a blend of Pinot Gris, Grenache Gris, Orange Muscat and Chenin Blanc, the grapes are vinified separately with 14-16 days of skin maceration.
Description
The wine starts off dry up front and then becomes an adult Caprice Sun. A fruit medley, oranges, cherries, apricots, and pineapples all combine for a good time. Light minerality throughout keeps the profile bright. If you’re having nostalgia for flavors from middle school but want a little ABV (sitting at 11.5%) this is the wine for you!
