Sugar cane molasses based Rum from Saint Lucia. The sugar cane comes from the Dominican Republic and is distilled in a double column still. Fresh coconut is macerated for 60 days.
Description
Very fresh tasting, kind of like shaved coconut is in the bottle. Soft sweetness, not sweet on palate.The coconut really stands out in this rum. Makes you wonder if some of those other coconut rums are just using sunscreen lotion.
