Something I didn't learn until this year about Sake: the country of Japan is not allowing any new Sake producers to build facilities in the country. So you'll be seeing a lot more Sake brands coming from all over the world.
Description
This Sake has a very clean profile. Rich melon fruit along with light minerality balance out each other nicely. Light texture in the mouthfeel.
