Camille Saves 2015 Champagne Grand Cru "Cuvee Anais Jolicoeur" Brut, Bouzy

Made from 90% Pinot Noir 10% Chardonnay grown in Grand Cru Bouzy vineyards, this grand champagne is vinified on its lees in vats and barrels and aged to perfection, embodying the very marked personality of the Pinot Noir grape grown in the hearty of Bouzy Grand Cru terroir.  In the mouth, it has a warm, enveloping and fleshy palate, carried by a rich, creamy effervescence, followed by a lively, eloquent finish.
