Coming from Santa Ynez Vineyard in Santa Barbara County, the grapes were foot stomped and rested in a combination of oak (80%) and stainless steel (20%).
Description
Not as high in acidity as your traditional Albarino, but that is probably due to the warmer climate here in California, compared to Spain. The low acidity does create a round mouthfeel and leads to big tropical fruit characteristics, apple, stone fruit and melon being the most present.
