Coming from Spear Vineyards in Santa Barbara County, the grapes were foot stomped and macerated with skins for 6 hours, the juice was aged for 6 months in a combination of neutral oak (80%) and stainless steel (20%).
Description
As can be expected, this is a very aromatic wine, which leads to the nose. Rich tropical fruit pairs with delicate savory herbs. Bright minerality and salinity keep the overall profile of the wine refreshing.
