Camus-Bruchon 2021 Savigny-Les-Beaune "Aux Grands Liards", Burgundy

The fruit for this wine comes from soils that are rich with clay which contribute to the lush and forward fruit you get, even on young/new releases. The vines here are 80 plus years in age so there is plenty of complexity and structure in this wine. Aged in both barrel and cement tank there is a vibrancy backing up the ample fruit. Medium weight on the palate, nice curve, just a scrape of tannin/acidity and a pure red fruited finish.
