Matteo Furlani is a 4th generation winemaker tending to his family’s vineyards at over 2,000 ft elevation in the alpine town of Trento.
Description
The flavor profile reminds me of a combination of watermelon jolly rancher and a not very sour cherry warhead. It has the candied qualities of watermelon and just a little bit of the sour dust warheads had along with some cherry fruit. Really light tannins let the fruity components linger.
