Description

Viogner and Fiano are two varieties of relatively recent introduction in the Valle de Guadalupe and are grown in the “Campo Manaz” vineyard located to the east of the Valley. The soil of Campo Manaz is silty-sandy, deep, very suitable for the development of white varieties, which exalts the varietal and floral character. Viogner is a variety native to the Rhone Valley and known in most producing countries. Provides structure, aroma, alcohol and body. Fiano, is a variety native to Campania, South of Italy. Provides finesse, elegance and aromatic depth.
