65% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 15% Chardonnay. The Grenache was de-stemmed, fermented in stainless steel and aged for 10 months in neutral oak. The Syrah was whole cluster fermented in stainless steel and aged in neutral oak for 18 months.
Description
The Chardonnay was fermented in barrel and was rested on the lees for 6 months. Once everything was fully aged, the wines were blended. Savory up front, lots of white pepper and tomato leaf flavors. Notes of raspberry and delicate strawberry balance the savory components nicely.
