Chateau Brane Cantenac 2018 Margaux, Bordeaux

Reviewers have been very kind to Brane-Cantenac in recent years.  Whatever is going on at the chateau seems to be working.  On the day we sampled it, the wine showed considerable heft and depth, and most of us appreciated its character.  But where is the Margaux charm?  Waiting to be revealed with time, I suspect.  I hope, anyway.
