Chateau Fleur Cardinale 2016 Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Classe, Bordeaux

Made from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, all grown in Clay and limestone soils. The age here gives this wine added layers of complexity and cool aromatics. Fantastic balance of fruit to acidity and tannin. Black tea, cherry pipe tobacco and juicy currant all with a regal structure. Very elegant Bordeaux.
