The juice for this wine was macerated with skins for 26 days, and after fermentation, was rested in neutral oak.
Description
On the nose it reminds me of a Southern Hemisphere Sauv Blanc, and it has a little similarity on the palate too. Tropical fruit, a lot of kiwi, with light tannins and soft acidity. A fun balance throughout, a real crowd-pleasing skin-contact wine.
