Chateau Thivin 2024 Beaujolais Villages Rosé

As the team went through some bottles of Rose samples that were dropped off recently  I noticed, the bottle of Beaujolais Rose from Thivin was quickly becoming empty. The other wines sat and waited for our contemplative comments and in the meantime the Beaujolais just seemed to easily splash about in our glasses, refreshing our palates and getting us ready to conquer the other bottles we had to taste. The Gamay in this tangy little Rose just offers so much life and energy. Zippy, cranberry and tart cherry fruit with a softer mouthfeel and a flash of bright acidity on the finish.
