This domaine was founded in 1897 and remains family owned and operated to this day. It is the charming Delphine Cazals at the helm of winemaking haven taken over for her father. 100% Grand Cru Chardonnay all farmed biodynamically. Power, grace, minerals and freshly cut green apple come leaping from the glass. On the palate the wine is quite focused and laser sharp with energy. Bubbles are very fine and the finish is bright and crisp.
