Denis & Didier Berthollier "Et Ma Goutte De..." 2021 Mondeuse Vin de Savoie, France

The Berthollier family have been committed to clean farming for many years and were certified both organic and biodynamic since 2011, so no herbicides or pesticides have been used in the vineyard for over 10 years. Gorgeous purple color in the class, the aromatics are a mix of red fruit and blooming violets. There is intensity here but it is not with power or tannin, just pure fruit with tons of freshness.
