This crunchy and fresh little red from the south of France is made from Mansois which is also known as Fer Servadou, totally helps to know that right? So you can compare it to the zillions of other Mansois, or Fer Servadou, you have had in the past right?I get fresh red fruit, tart but giving, with some wild growing herbs and a touch of savory, smoked meat. Light body, easy tannin, just straight up delectable.
