Domaine Du Pere Caboche 2023 Chateauneuf-du-Pape Rouge, Rhone Valley

If I had to pick a textbook Chateauneuf-du-Pape this is the wine I would grab. Perfectly balanced, succulent red fruit, earth, leather and the call back for more.  This is one of those wines that turns wine people into "wine Nerds". we cannot stop thinking about wines like this is that is what drive us.
