A very serious cider. The apples for this cider were grown in Argille soil, a kind of clay found in parts of Bordelet's estate 2 kilometers from Normandy. This is a very fine cider, with a subtlety not found in the other apple ciders. With a dark golden color, it has more of everything. Delicate apple aromas are followed by very dry flavors that are a combination of baked and fresh ripe apples, with some apple-skin tannins. Displaying a fine fizziness, there is a very fine finish. 4% alcohol.
