Description
Olivet Ranch, under Ehren’s transformative care since 2010, has impressed with its character, quality, and charm. This vineyard is biodynamically farmed. Fermentation is carried with native yeasts and 25% whole cluster. The wine ages approximately 1 year in 20% new French Oak.
