Francois Chidaine 2023 Touraine Sauvignon, Loire Valley

Sauvignon Blanc from one of the greatest white wine makers on the planet. Francois Chidaine is famous the world over for his Montlouis made from Chenin Blanc but he has a deft hand with Sauvignon Blanc as well. Classic Loire Valley notes of ripe citrus and fresh cut grass on the nose. Crisp and racy on the palate with more green notes on the palate. The finish is nice and tart making this a perfect wine to serve with anything that wants a nice splash of lemon.
