Typically, Fred will use herbs, botanicals, and fruits from either his garden in Friuli, or as close as he can. But in Fred’s words “the best bergamot comes from Calabria, so why not use them?”
Description
Very aromatic, your nose and palate are hit with a ton of bergamot. A lot of orange peel and candied orange on the palate as well, there is a little sweetness, but the citrus keeps it from feeling cloying.
