"From the southeast-facing parts of the JSU, the 2021 Juffer-Sonnenuhr Auslese is intense but also refined and elegant on the coolish and lemony, even leafy but very delicate and savory nose. Lush and saline on the palate, this is a dense, savory and stimulating Auslese made to be enjoyed in magnums about 15 years from now.
