Matteo Furlani is a 4th generation winemaker tending to his family’s vineyards at over 2,000 ft elevation in the alpine town of Trento.
Description
The Antico is made with 100% Nosiola and went through 10 days of skin contact during fermentation. Green pear and green apple flavors bring some fruit and light acidity. Honey blossoms and Jasmine bring a floral characteristic, minerality keeps the palate light. Soft baked pear and hints of green apple on the finish.
