This wine goes through 5 days of skin contact during fermentation. Like a fair amount of the well-made white wine Pet-Nats I have had, this has some cider like qualities to it.
Description
A combination of pear and apple fruit with some soft yeastiness gives you the cider vibes. Minerality leads to notes of tropical fruit which brings along soft tannins on the finish, drying the taste buds.
