Fleuriet Frères 2023 "Renaissance" Sauvignon l'Eclat, Loire Valley

One can NEVER have enough Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc, especially in this shop as it seems to run out of here faster than we can catch them. Organic and biodynamic farming here and the Sauvignon Blanc shows an added energy because of it. There is some tropicality mixed in with the sharper, grassier, tart citrus which gives it a fun balance. I want white fish, goat cheese, summer salads or a warm afternoon to go with this wine.
