The Mornington Peninsula is surrounded by ocean that gives it a moderate climate with ocean breezes. This wine comes from parcels from different Vineyards and blocks. All of these parcels are vinified separately. The fruit was handpicked and sorted. This Pinot is deep in color with a spicy berry aroma with a smooth rounded, palate and a fine tannic finish.
