A blend of Prugnolo Gentile, Merlot of Cabernet Sauvignon, each grape is fermented separately and aged separately for 6-7 months in steel tanks on thin lees and different sized barrels.
Description
Very floral on the nose but overall light on the palate. Blueberries and ripe strawberries bring a nice balance of rich fruit and tart fruit. Hints of allspice and white pepper bring a savory characteristic out, expressive raspberry fruit on the finish.
