The majority of the Blue Weber agave comes from the highlands (80%), but they do get some lowland agave as well. Insolito is an additive-free brand. Their anejo is aged for 20-24 months in a combination of new oak and used tequila barrels.
Brown sugar with subtle notes of orange zest. Toasted vanilla and coffee bean pair with hints of caramel.
