VINEYARDS Fruit selected from 2 Willamette Valley vineyards: 60% Croft and 40% Appassionata estate vineyard. Vine 5 to 10 years of age. Vineyards both sustainable and dry farmed.

SOIL Marine sediment, volcanic

VINIFICATION AND AGING Gentle whole cluster pressing followed by fermentation in 90% stainless steel and 10% 500-liter Acacia barrels. No malolactic fermentation. Aged for 4 months in casks/tanks.
