While there is a lot of bramble fruit in this wine, think blackberries, blueberries, hints of raspberries and soft notes of fig, there is still some acidity to keep it light on the palate. You could chill down this wine if you want it to be a little brighter, but if you want to taste the developed flavors and layers, light chill or room temperature is the way to go.
