This is my favorite vintage of Rosato I have had yet.
Description
Ripe strawberries and rich stone fruit pair together very nicely. A little acidity and a little “sweetness” is what I look for in a rose and this has that exact balance. There is a light vegetal characteristic on the finish that keeps the profile of the wine light.
