Le Petit Chevalier 2018 Pessac-Leognan "Grand Vin De Graves", Bordeaux

Such a generous and pleasure giving bottle of Bordeaux this is. Made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot, this wine is both noble and accessible. Getting lots of dark fruit, even black currant mixed in with cigar box, spice and supple yet firm tannin. This wine wants big bites of meat, hearty stewed dishes, charred bits of fat from the grill or firm cheeses. I like a decant here but if you like to have your wine give you a little bite back, pop the cork and enjoy!
