Very refreshing on the palate, notes of peach and ripe strawberry coat the palate, bringing fresh fruit flavors and just a little acidity. The vibrancy gets assistance from hints of lime zest, adding another pop of flavor. The finish has more of an apple cider characteristic to it, in the idea that there is some apple fruit, but also a dry, slightly yeasty finish like one would get in apple cider.
