Declassified from the Bergerac region of Southwest France, 50% of this wine is Cab Franc, the rest is a blend of Malbec, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle, all the grapes were co-fermented.

Description

An overall light bodied wine with good acidity, floral rose petals and cherry fruit are the first things to hit your palate. Notes of orange and hints of raspberries keep the palate refreshing. With almost no tannins, this is the type of wine that can be enjoyed on its own or treated like a bistro wine that pairs with a lot of different plates.
