Old Oak Vineyard – Willow Creek District
Oh My!! A warm rich nose bursting with dark fruits, licorice and roots, forest floor, seared Duck breast, game. A fatty and deep nose, dare we say decadent? Whilst delicately intricate. Explosive on the palate savory for sure but filled with wild blueberries, currants wrapped up in star anise and five spice. Savory. There is a great tannic grip and a fine acid backbone throughout.
The Wine Country.
