All the Falanghina for this wine comes from the Hunter and Mazzetti vineyard on the Rincon Reservation. The wine went through 4 days of skin contact during its fermentation.
Description
There are some light barnyard characteristics on the nose which do not transfer to the palate. Soft tannins up front lead to rich tropical fruit. Lots of apple, pineapple and orange flavors along with some softer grey tea savoriness.
