Manoir du Capucin 2023 Pouilly-Fuisse "Sensation", Burgundy

This wine expresses all the typicity of Chardonnay.  This cuvée is the result of a rigorous blending of different parcels in Pouilly Fuissé. The wines are aged primarily in tanks.  This blended cuvée combines different terroirs that complement each other perfectly. The winery suggests pairing this wine with fine shellfish (prawns, lobster, langoustines), as well as poultry in cream sauce and, of course, fresh goat cheese will all be perfectly complemented by it. Its versatility will enhance the entire meal.
