The ‘Sainte Victoire’ Rosé is the flagship wine from Domaine Mas de Cadenet owned by the Negrel family for the last 200 years.  The 40 hectare domaine lies just under the stunning Sainte-Victoire Mountain made famous by the painter Paul Cézanne.  The microclimate and limestone soil of Sainte Victoire brings a magnificent tension to this concentrated yet fresh rosé.  A burst of ripe strawberries welcome you in the glass with notes of herbs evoking the Provencal countryside.   Zesty and crisp, this rosé can be served as an aperitif but is substantial enough to pair with seafood, salads and Mediterranean fare.
