We’ve been offering this clean-tasting bargain bubbly for twenty years and it continues to provide pleasure without breaking the bank.  Made from the traditional varieties of Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada, the grapes are vinified separately, then blended together before undergoing secondary fermentation in the bottle.  Mas Fi Brut Cava is an elegant and balanced sparkling wine. Undergoing second fermentation in the bottle, it is aged for 10 months providing its fine bubbles and complex and structured palate. There are notes of white flowers and citrus on the nose, with fresh stone fruits and pleasant creamy flavors in the mouth.
