Mas Fi Brut Cava is produced by the Masachs Estate in Penedes, Spain.The Masachs family has been cultivating grapes in this area since the turn of the last century at their estate in Vilafranca, Penedes. Grapes have been cultivated in this location since Roman times. Cavas Masachs was founded in the 1920's by Josep Masachs Llorach, who produced limited quantities of his cavas, mostly for his friends and personal consumption.

It is a blend of three principal cava grapes: 40% Xarello, 35% Macabeo ,25% Parellada. Bubbles are fine here and the palate is stuctured and complex with aromas of field flowers and citrus. The palate is creamy with fresh stone fruits - white peach, apricot). Pair with seafood, rice dishes, fried foods (chicken), creamy potato dishes.
