Mas Que Vinos 2021 '5/4' Clarete, Tierra de Castilla Spain

5/4 derives from the co-fermentation of 4 different grape varieties: 2 parts Tempranillo with 1 part Garnacha, 1 part Airén and 1 part Malvar.  The co-ferment of both white and red grapes creates a light, easy-drinking chillable style red but some whole clusters in the fermentation add a little tannic bite to keep it interesting.
