Oeno 2021 Skin Contact Orange Wine, Russian River Valley

Light notes of guava up front combines with crisp yellow pear flavors. The fruitiness of the guava and the soft minerality from the pear work very well together. That zip from the pear continues and brings out more minerality in the wine before notes of white peach come out and add depth. As mentioned before, while there is a good amount of fruit to enjoy while drinking this, the minerality is the characteristic that lingers and leaves the palate fairly dry.
