While the rice for this Sake is from Koda Farms in South Dos Palos, CA, the Sake is brewed at Ninki Shuzo in Nihomatsu Fukushima, Japan.
Description
A nice coating mouthfeel, drinking this sake is like biting into a melon salad. Flavors like honeydew, cantaloupe and the rind of a watermelon all coat your palate. A combination of lime zest and candied lime add some brightness to it, keeping it fresh.
