Park Cognac VSOP Very Superior Old Pale

I was rather pleased and, I'll admit, surprised at how rich tasting this VSOP was when I enjoyed it recently. Richly flavored with a texture to match, it possesses a nearly sweet taste. A blend of three different regions, Fins Bois, Petite Champagne and Grande Champagne, then aged for eight to twelve years in cask. The flavor has hints of cocoa and subtle baked apple. Hints of spice add depth. Sensational value.
