Patrick Piuze 2021 Chablis Premier Cru "Les Roncieres"

Roncieres is attached to Vaillons, a parcel that is planted east to west so it gets great sun exposure, which gives this stunning wine even more texture and richness. One of my personal favorites from Patrick each vintage as it always shows all its stuff early. Punchy with pears, honeysuckle, bread, chalk, lemon oil and apples. Curvy and nearly velvety on the palate with white flowers and brine on the finish. Makes my heart race this wine. Every time.
