Perle De Ma Mere "La Perle" Cremant De Bourgogne Brut Rose

We love plucky little rose sparklers like this one. Made from Pinot Noir with some Aligote. A fully fruited Cremant de Bourgogne, nice ripe red apple flesh with more of a baked angle. Some toasty notes but it is the bright red fruit that is the star here. Cured meat, duck, dim sum, smoked salmon, bring on the salty goodies and enjoy.
