Jeremy is always a sucker for Syrah, and this expression from Press Gang Cellars is a perfect example of why.
Description
Rich black cherry fruit leads to savory white pepper. Floral violets and rich black plum fruit adds depth to the wine. More white pepper comes out on the finish, cutting through some of the fruitiness, but the fruit does linger.
