Ramon Cardova has produced a very luxurious Rioja wine. It is produced from 100% Tempranillo grapes carefully selected from old vines in vineyards surrounding the town of Haro. Aromas and flavors of ripe wild strawberries and black raspberries, with hints of balsamic, pepper, vanilla and dried herbs. This wine is kosher (including Kosher for Passover, Mevushal). Pair with red meat, lamb, roasted chicken, eggplant dishes.
