This wine really surprised me with the amount of fruit that shines through. This wine is lean and mineral driven with distinct salinity. The palate is reminiscent of green apple and citrus rind. Waves of oak spice on the finish.

All estate fruit from the Bearwallow Vineyard, Fermented in barrel for about a year, 6 months in stainless steel, Then aged in 20% new French oak.
